Join me, Heather Says, HoopYogini Master Trainer, for the HoopYogini Spinal Awakening Series! "This program is designed to tone your core, improve your posture and reduce back pain. Learn about the importance of the spine as the conduit that nourishes all other body systems. Cultivate Centered Pose, your place of inner power, strength and resilience. Integrate each pose into a flowing dance. Establish a healthy habit and the ability to show up for your personal well-being and empowerment." - www.hoopyogini.com We will move our spine in all directions, center ourselves and relax the mind, all while using the hoop as a tool for this true hatha yoga practice. We will bring the hoops onto our body, relearning that fun workout we did as kids. You do NOT need ANY hula hoop or yoga experience for this class, but you will need an adult sized hula hoop. Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

Every Tuesday evening, grab your hoops and we are going to play with a bunch of BRAND new hoop combos! Are you having trouble finding your flow? Got questions about specific moves? This is the class for you! You'll want to have an "on body" larger hoop and a smaller "off body" hoop. Need to know where to get these? I've got you, just shoot me a message. We will explore using all parts of the body with this class so get ready to use your brain too <3

Curious about chakras and how they relate to the body and mind? In this class we will focus on specific asanas (poses) to help open and balance each of the 7 chakras. All levels are welcome! Yoga isn't about being flexible, it's about going deeper into oneself and learning what the body and mind is capable of. In this intelligently sequenced flow, we will move with our breath and focus on twists! Twists are a great way to add flexibility and strength to the spine and entire core, and also help to compress the organs, moving things through the system! Lots of modifications will be offered, as well as options to check in with your body in order for you to create the class that works the best in YOUR body.

In addition to a hoopyogini vinyasa this class will also have time dedicated to setting up an altar and journaling. This class is for all levels and beginners are welcomed.
