Every Tuesday evening, grab your hoops and we are going to play with a bunch of BRAND new hoop combos! Are you having trouble finding your flow? Got questions about specific moves? This is the class for you! You'll want to have an "on body" larger hoop and a smaller "off body" hoop. Need to know where to get these? I've got you, just shoot me a message. February HoopYogini Lunar Phase Classes 8:00p.m. - 8:45p.m. EST 4th - Last Quarter 11th - New Moon 18th - First Quarter 25th - Full Moon Come explore and celebrate the moon with this sweet series of classes. The hoop will be used as a yoga prop and as a dance partner. Beginners are welcomed, this class is for all levels of hoopers and yogis alike. Using The Moon Calendar App, I create HoopYogini Classes that are inspired by the lunar phases. For more info on the lunar phases, please go to Flow Vixen Fitness on Facebook. Curious about chakras and how they relate to the body and mind? In this class we will focus on specific asanas (poses) to help open and balance each of the 7 chakras. All levels are welcome! Yoga isn't about being flexible, it's about going deeper into oneself and learning what the body and mind is capable of.
