In this intelligently sequenced flow, we will move with our breath and focus on twists! Twists are a great way to add flexibility and strength to the spine and entire core, and also help to compress the organs, moving things through the system! Lots of modifications will be offered, as well as options to check in with your body in order for you to create the class that works the best in YOUR body.

This series of classes is inspired by the lunar phases. Each class will use HoopYogini postures to explore and celebrate the moon cycle. In addition to a hoopyogini vinyasa this class will also have time dedicated to setting up an altar and journaling. This class is for all levels and beginners are welcomed. Are you new to the hoop? Are you restarting your hoop journey? Then this is the class series for you! We will be going through all the basics of on and off body hooping. What do you need? A larger, heavier hoop (36" and up) for on body, and a smaller, lighter one for off body. Even a kids hoop from a big box store will work for off body moves in this class series.
