Welcome to HoopYogini™ Stretch and Strengthen! This class is all yoga (no waist hooping), so all you need is any hoop. In addition to moving the spine in all 6 directions, we will move into traditional yoga poses, continuing to use our hoop as a unique prop. This class is for ALL levels, so if you're a beginner, don't be intimidated! Have questions? Don't hesitate to ask! And don't forget, ALL classes are recorded for later viewing.
