Hoop-lates
This is a fusion of Hula Hoop Fitness, HoopYogini, Pilates, and Barre.
Matwork Core Strength Series: Off Body Hooping - small hoop
This class is a mat class that incorporates pilates mat exercises, as well as, the HoopYogini stretch and strengthen postures. This is a great way to burn calories, and tone your core, and build coordination.
Barre Leg Series: Off Body Hooping - large hoop
This standing practice uses the hoop as a ballet barre.In this class you will learn some basic barre movements and terminology. There is a focus on footwork and other movements that target the glutes, legs, balance, and coordination.
